Is it possible to arrive and check in after 9:00 PM?
It is allowed to check in after 9:00 PM for an additional fee of €20.00 (free for direct bookings).

Is it possible to enter the accommodation early?
We understand that the need to enter the accommodation as early as possible often arises, but please understand that it is necessary to sanitize and clean the rooms or apartment every day. This does not allow us to guarantee entry into the accommodation before 2:00 PM. In some cases, we can allow you to enter the accommodation early for an additional fee of €25.00 (free for direct bookings). However, the possibility to store your luggage in the accommodation for free is guaranteed.

Is it allowed to stay in the accommodation after the checkout time?
It is possible to stay in the accommodation after the checkout time for free, but it is necessary to vacate the room by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning and sanitizing for the next guest's arrival. There is a bathroom and a shower available in the pool area in case of need. In some cases, it is possible to stay in the room after the checkout time for an additional fee of €50.00 (free for direct bookings). In case of late checkout, the room must be vacated by 5:30 PM, otherwise, the entire night will be charged at the day's rate.

Is the use of the pool free?
The pool is available for free use. There is no lifeguard/supervision service. We invite you to be cautious and responsible. Diving is not allowed.

Is it allowed to use the pool daily without an overnight stay?
We are sorry, but to ensure the tranquility of our guests, daily entry into the accommodation is not allowed.

Is it possible to rent the accommodation for parties or events?
We are sorry, but it is not allowed.

Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but despite our love for animals, the accommodation is not suitable for their reception, not even for small ones. In exceptional cases (e.g., pet therapy, trained dogs, police dogs...) and under certain conditions, we can allow their entry for an additional fee of €100.00 and a deposit of €250.00.

Is it possible to use the laundry for free?
To avoid disturbing other guests, the laundry can be used from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM (in case of apartment booking, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM). It is available for free use, but you must provide your own detergents.

Is there free parking available for cars or motorcycles?
The property is located within a private residence protected by two gates and cameras. It is possible to park inside the residence for free by following the instructions in the 'How to reach us/By car' section. Motorcycles can be parked within the private property of the accommodation (protected by an additional gate).

How far is the sea?
The sea is only a 2-minute walk away (about 50 meters). In front of the accommodation, there is a public beach adjoining paid equipped beaches. On request, we provide beach towels, deck chairs, and umbrellas for free so you can comfortably stay on the public beach. Porter service is available for an additional fee.

Is it possible to organize excursions?
To make your stay unforgettable, we can organize excursions and tours in nearby areas at very competitive prices.
